About Me
Welcome to Sunshine N Shadows Photography. As the name suggests, I'm inspired by sunshine and shadows. I live in Pennan where I am constantly inspired by the sea and sky in all weathers. . My Pennan sales mostly go under the name of Focal Hero Pennan and why not?!! :)
The last 2 years have seen some of my Pennan images succeed in reaching the final in the Scots Magazine Photographer of the year, and also the final shortlists for the Scottish Nature Photography Awards. I've also had 3 images selected for the Aberdeen Renewable Energy Group calendar competitions.
I'm a member of the Society of Scottish Landscape Photographers which is an online group, with around 100 members. We do exhibitions all around Scotland, hopefully we may get to hold one in the North East where you can come and see the wonderful images which our award winning group produce.
Living in such a small village and trying to produce work which still shows different aspects of the location to produce calendars for instance, forces me to always lookout for new angles on old subjects, luckily the sea and sky are ever changing and enhance the location greatly.
I like to share work and hopefully inspire others. If you would like to purchase either in print form or digital download, please let me know.
